Located at 55 Sumner Road at a primary exit from Boylston Street / Route 9, this wood-frame former home was converted into four condominium units with parking behind.  The building was unique and featured many historic elements, some existing and some purchased from the once-venerable Old Mansions warehouses and integrated into the design.

Architecture was completed “in-house” by the developer, and the general contractor was CB Construction.  Marketing and sales were handled by the developer.
